Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of the course, you will understand the UX/UI design process and the role of AI in design projects. You will know the stages of user-centered design, UI design principles, design systems, accessibility fundamentals, and best practices in UX/UI and AI design. You will comprehend what user experience consists of, how to analyze it, and how to test it with users. You will be able to create persona cards, sketch prototypes, use AI in creative processes, and design user interfaces with Figma software.

Who is the training for?

The training welcomes everyone who wants to acquire basic knowledge in digital user experience, user interface design, product design and AI-enhanced design. No specific field knowledge is required. Basic computer and internet usage skills at the average user level are necessary, and a willingness to learn new internet-based programs is expected. The training is conducted in English, requiring an intermediate level of English proficiency to understand the learning materials effectively.”

Where will the training take place?

You can participate both in the classroom located in Tallinn, Ülemiste City, Lõõtsa 5 (view in Google Maps) or online. 

How much will the training cost?

The price includes training slides, a certificate, and for those attending in the classroom, lunch, snacks, and free parking on each training day.

How is the admission to training conducted?
You can register for the training through the registration form available on the website.

Does the training participant receive a certificate and how is the assessment conducted?
Upon successful completion of the training, the student will be issued a certificate. The prerequisite for receiving the certificate is participation in the training, and successful completion of practical work and tests. The test consists of multiple-choice questions, and an 80% correct response rate is required to pass. The trainer evaluates the conformity of practical work to learning outcomes. If the learner does not achieve the required learning outcomes for course completion, a statement of achieved learning outcomes will be issued.

What device is needed to participate in the course?
A computer is required to participate in the training. For classroom training, you can bring your own computer or use the computer available in the classroom. For online learning, you must use your own computer with a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome) and functional speakers and microphone.

What level of computer skills is required for the course?
Basic computer skills at the average user level are necessary. A willingness to learn new web-based programs is also required.

How is the tuition fee paid and are there any exemptions?
Tuition fee payment is made based on the invoice we issue before the start of the studies. Currently, there are no possibilities for tuition fee exemptions.

What are the conditions and procedures for tuition fee refunds?
Tuition fees are refunded if the studies are canceled due to reasons attributable to us, such as the trainer’s illness or other valid reasons preventing the trainer from conducting the training.

Conditions and procedures for ensuring the quality of education curricula
The quality of curricula is ensured in collaboration with trainers who are practitioners in their field, working in user experience, user interface and product design for local and international companies. This allows the transfer of the latest knowledge and trends to learners. The content of curricula is reviewed and adjusted according to market conditions at least once a year.

Conditions and procedures for ensuring the quality of trainers in education courses
The trainers must be practitioners in the field of user experience, actively engaged in UX, UI, product design and research. The relevance of trainers is checked at least once a year.

Conditions and procedures for ensuring the quality of the learning environment
For classroom training, the rooms must be well-ventilated and have natural light or modern lighting. The room must be equipped with the technical tools necessary for training: a computer, projector/TV, clicker, paper, pens, comfortable tables, and chairs.

For online learning, the learning environment must be accessible to learners via the internet and usable with modern web browsers.

Procedures for collecting feedback on continuing education courses
Feedback from all learners is collected electronically after each training session. Feedback is an essential part of evaluating and developing the curriculum and trainers.
